Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a proactive and engaging individual to join our dedicated team as a Customer Service Executive. This role involves developing existing customer contacts, finding new customer leads, and winning new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise directly with customers via telephone and email to provide exceptional customer service.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers to increase revenue.
- Focus on customer retention and new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Occasional travel may be required for customer visits and exhibitions.
- Update and maintain accurate customer details to ensure effective communication.
- Perform general administrative duties to support the sales team.
- Previous customer service/sales experience is essential for success in this role.
- Professional and engaging telephone manner is crucial for building strong customer relationships.
- Self-motivated individuals with great attention to detail are highly valued in this position.
- Confident communication with people at all levels is necessary for effective collaboration.
- Able to provide a high level of service to customers and colleagues alike.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
