- You will provide one-on-one support to a student with autism, helping them navigate their educational journey and reach their developmental goals.
- You will support a small group of boys with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, helping them build resilience, confidence, and academic progress.
- You will work in a structured environment with Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs) in place for all students, ensuring you have guidance and strategies to effectively support their needs.
The salary for this role is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
