Teaching Assistant for Primary SEN Students

Axcis Education Recruitment is committed to providing exceptional support to students with SEN needs. As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our students overcome their challenges and achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver tailored support programs to meet the unique needs of each student.
• Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with Autism, non-verbal communication needs, and SEMH difficulties.
• Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
Requirements:
• Experience working with SEN students, particularly those with Autism and SEMH needs.
• DBS clearance required.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm, empathetic approach to working with children.
• Commitment to a full-time role on a long-term basis.
Salary and Benefits:
This rewarding role offers a salary of £50 per hour.
