Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant

Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Role
  • Support students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties, in both primary and secondary settings.
  • Be a friendly and approachable point of contact for pupils throughout the school day.
Key Responsibilities
  • To provide individualized support to students with special educational needs.
  • To assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to meet the needs of students with SEN.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and communication with parents/guardians.
Requirements
  • A caring and patient personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
  • Previous experience in an SEN setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and supporting every child's well-being.
