Support Worker for SEMH Students

GSL Education is seeking a dedicated individual to work as a Teaching Assistant in a special school in Enfield. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing one-to-one and group support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized learning strategies to students with SEMH and moderate learning needs.
- Assist in managing and supporting students with behavioural challenges.
- Work closely with teachers to develop and implement effective learning plans.
We offer a competitive daily rate based on experience, ranging from £90 to £110 per day. If you have a passion for working with students with SEMH needs and possess strong communication skills, patience, and a supportive approach, we encourage you to apply.
