About the Role
We are seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our client's inclusion team. This is a full-time role, with an immediate start available. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will be responsible for managing behaviour around the school, supporting breaks, and ensuring pupils attend lessons.

You will also attend 'on-calls' for additional behaviour support in lessons or facilitate work with pupils in the reflection space. This could be either 1:1 or in small groups. If you have a passion for supporting students with SEMH needs, we would love to hear from you
