About the Role

This Field Sales Manager position is a unique opportunity to drive the On-Trade channel to new heights, while developing your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.

You will be responsible for leading a multifunctional team across sales, activation, and technical disciplines, reporting to the Head of Field Sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the On-Trade sector, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Results: Achieve regional value share, NSV, and distribution targets by executing key initiatives and enhancing brand presence.
  • Strategic Leadership: Build market-leading relationships with regional sales directors and key stakeholders, making the company a preferred supplier in the region.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a diverse team of sales, activation, and technical professionals to deliver outstanding performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial leadership, managing P&Ls, and delivering strong results.
  • Expertise in contract negotiations, joint business planning, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership skills and a strong ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Estimated Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
