About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding Territory Sales Leadership Role that requires a proven leader with a strong track record of success in the On-Trade channel. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be accountable for the overall performance of your region, leading a multifunctional team across sales, activation, and technical disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Results: Drive market share growth, deliver exceptional results, and foster a high-performing culture.
  • Strategic Leadership: Build market-leading relationships with regional sales directors and key stakeholders.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a diverse team of sales, activation, and technical professionals.
  • On-Trade Execution: Implement strategic plans to elevate brand visibility and quality standards.
  • Insight-Driven Action: Use market data and insights to identify opportunities and solve challenges.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial leadership, managing P&Ls, and delivering strong results.
  • Expertise in contract negotiations, joint business planning, and customer relationship management.
  • A deep passion for the On-Trade and a strong ability to build strategic partnerships.
  • Exceptional people management skills, with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.
  • A growth mindset, with the creativity and agility to solve dynamic business challenges.
