Regional Sales Manager

**_We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our vibrant Retail team based in the South of England _**
The Regional Manager will be accountable for the area management of stores in relation to driving sales, profit, loss, recruitment, store, and team development in accordance with set personal and commercial growth targets.
The above is to be achieved through outstanding leadership, relationship building, influencing, and a strong personal brand.
**Your Main responsibilities**
- Ensure that stores in your area of accountability are offering the best possible customer experience through visibility and a genuine passion for customer service
- Drive outstanding service, brand standards and the in-store experience, through positive leadership behaviours and coaching skills
- Ensure commercial focus and advice are given to the store teams to provide the customer with the right offers in the right place, giving thought to the local community and values
- Review shopper satisfaction data with store teams to ensure our customers are at the heart of the store team and everything they do
- Agree and deliver quarterly action plans to develop and improve store performance
- Analyse any available management Information to maximise store turnover and profitability
- Keep up to date with key business information to continually develop knowledge and expertise
- Liaise with external and internal support functions to resolve issues in trading, health & safety and property issues in a timely manner
- Full accountability for the delivery of the area key performance indicators (KPI’s) - sales vs budget, salary, waste, average transaction value (ATV), stock results, controllable costs, margin
- Communicate company information effectively to all store colleagues; cascade relevant information and encourage feedback
**About You**
- Previous work experience in a similar role would be a preference
- Experience managing remote teams in an ever-changing customer-oriented environment
- Ability to create and develop great relationships with both customers and colleagues
- Strong decision-making skills and a sense of responsibility
- Experience in delivering a compliant environment through adherence to processes and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with challenging situations professionally
- Sound business awareness, with the ability to comprehend and respond to business activity and challenges
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel is essential for this role
