Regional Business Development Manager

Olympus UK & Ireland, a global leader in the medical device and technology industry, is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to join their Endotherapy Consumables Portfolio team.
This role is responsible for establishing direct sales of Olympus' Endotherapy product range on assigned territories, including Essex, Kent, Suffolk, and Cambridge. The successful candidate will demonstrate medical/surgical equipment to clinical staff within hospitals, conduct meetings with business and procurement managers to grow market share, and provide after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities- Direct sales and promotion of Olympus' product portfolio across designated departments and territories.
- Demonstrating equipment and providing robust product knowledge and selling skills.
- Managing sales opportunities through to successful completion using the Integrated Sales Process (ISP).
- Accurate and regular forecasting of sales opportunities.
- Representing Olympus at face-to-face/virtual exhibitions, workshops, and educational meetings.
- Delivering post-sales training, commissioning, and support for new and existing customers.
The estimated salary for this position is £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Olympus offers a competitive benefits package, including private medical cover, life assurance, annual leave entitlement, company car or car allowance, and incentive package.
