Professional Training Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Learning & Development Advisor to join our team at Bell Cornwall Recruitment. As a Learning & Development Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating internal professional development programmes, managing the induction process for new joiners, and designing and delivering internal and external training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship management of L&D providers
- Coordinating internal professional development programmes, such as leadership development
- Identifying different learning activities to support training requirements of the firm
- Designing and delivering internal and external training courses, with a particular focus on IT systems
- Overseeing and delivering the induction process for new joiners
- Collating feedback and evaluating training programmes
- Managing professional subscriptions
About You:
- You have previous experience in a similar role, within a professional services environment
- You have a proven ability to design and deliver internal training
- You possess strong and engaging training delivery/presentation skills
- You have experience of producing training videos
- You have experience of delivering induction programmes
- You are skilled in delivering training on IT systems and software packages, including Microsoft Office - in particular it would be advantageous to have experience in Tikit, DocuSign and Bundledocs
- You have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships across the business
- You are able to work well to deadlines and balance competing priorities
- You have an understanding of GDPR and its impact on the Learning & Development process
Salary and Benefits:
- A competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum
