Job Summary

We are seeking an Apprenticeship Programme Coordinator to support our growth and development as a leading electrical training provider.

The role involves managing the recruitment process, interviewing candidates, and supporting employers with sourcing suitable apprentices.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave and an auto-enrolment pension scheme.

About the Role

  • Coordinating recruitment processes and interviewing candidates
  • Liaising with employers to provide suitable apprentice candidates
  • Supporting employers through the enrolment process, including sign-up meetings across the West Midlands
  • Providing advice and guidance to candidates and employers

Requirements

  • Possession of excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and manage own time effectively
  • Experience in using CRM systems would be advantageous

Location and Working Hours

Our office is located at 34 Brearley Street, Hockley, Birmingham, B19 3NR. The successful candidate will work full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional travel required.
