Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve high-quality food to our customers, ensuring that all food is presented in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and operate the cash register accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic and Motivated: Be highly motivated and enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team Player: Be an excellent team player, able to work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Have a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards and be able to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Cash Handling: Have experience handling cash and operating a cash register accurately and efficiently.
