Child Welfare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled social worker to join our Adolescent Safeguarding Team, as a Child Welfare Specialist. The team makes decisions and performs statutory functions to ensure correct outcomes for children and their families.
This role requires a Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in Frontline and assessment work.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for working with children from various services, including CIN (Children in Need), CP (Child Protection), and LAC (Looked After Children).
Requirements- A Social Work Qualification with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience in Frontline and assessment work.
- Knowledge and experience working within a Frontline Team, such as Child Protection and Referral and Assessment.
- A degree in Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW).
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 per year, which is equivalent to $29.17 per hour umbrella (PAYE payment options available).
