Office Coordinator for Government Services

Join our team as an Office Coordinator for Government Services and play a vital role in supporting the administration of HMCTS.
As an Admin Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work calmly and professionally under pressure.
This role involves:
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Managing files and documents
- Operating office equipment
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Supporting colleagues as needed
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £11. This role is Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm, based in Northampton. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is able to work well in a team, we would love to hear from you.
