**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Care Coordinator to join our team at Kent County Council. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adolescents and help shape their journey towards a more permanent home in the UK.

As a Residential Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing routines, setting goals, and facilitating a learning culture in the centre. Your strong communication skills and passion for your work will enable you to provide support and guidance to young people during their early stages in the UK.

This role involves working across a rolling shift pattern, including regular cover over weekends. If you are enthusiastic about working with adolescents and understand the UAS children's journey, we encourage you to apply.

**Our Offer**

  • Competitive salary of between £26,515 and £28,850 per annum

  • Basic salary of £26,515 per annum, plus annual leave allowance of 27 days (29 days after 5 years service)
