About the Role:

The Recreation Therapist will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide client-centered care, developing individualized therapeutic recreation plans that cater to each client's unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough assessments of clients' recreation and leisure needs
  2. Develop and implement tailored therapeutic recreation plans
  3. Collaborate with occupational rehabilitation staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care
  4. Participate in quality assurance initiatives and contribute to research and education

Benefits:

This permanent part-time position (0.80 FTE) offers a comprehensive benefits package, including opportunities for growth and professional development, as well as a competitive salary range of $83,500 - $109,000 per year.
