Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will work as a member of our high-functioning Intensive Case Management team, supporting adults 19+ experiencing severe substance use concerns. This role involves assessing, treating, and coordinating services for clients who may also have concurrent disorders or co-existing functional impairment. The ideal candidate will possess strong assessment and treatment planning skills, with the ability to provide low-barrier outreach services to vulnerable populations.
This position requires a strong understanding of evidence-based treatment modalities and therapies, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. As a primary clinician, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless service delivery and optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, counseling)
- Experience working with individuals struggling with substance use and mental health issues
- Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
