Senior Administrative Coordinator

Carmichael is a leading organization in the nuclear industry, seeking a skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator - Timekeeping to join their team in Carlisle, Cumbria.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll operations, including timesheet submission, cost allocations, and absence record-keeping.
You will work closely with the Timekeeper to ensure seamless payroll processing and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll operations for over 200 employees, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
- Collaborate with the Timekeeper to resolve payroll discrepancies and implement improvements.
- Process staff monthly overtime sheets and maintain accurate Absence/Sickness/Holiday Records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Computer Literate, with ability to obtain BPSS and a P4 pass.
This is a full-time contract position offering a competitive salary, estimated at £35,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
