Job Title: Administrator
We are currently seeking a skilled Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the project and Project Manager.
- General clerical work, including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Managing diaries and arranging meetings.
- Ordering IT equipment and maintaining office supplies.
- Using Microsoft Office Suite to create documents for meetings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration within an office environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
