Job Summary:

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a Project Bid Coordinator to join our Rail business unit. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation and submission of bids to customers.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing bid submissions, including planning, production outputs for civil engineering works, and commissioning. A degree-level education or equivalent in a relevant field is required, along with previous senior-level involvement in work-winning and experience in managing significant bids.

You will be part of a flat management structure and contribute effectively to a small team environment. Our ideal candidate has a track record of delivering major projects, working in joint ventures and alliances, and using their judgment to make decisions in ambiguous situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the preparation and submission of bids to customers on time and within budget
  • Manage bid submissions, including planning, production outputs, and commissioning
  • Contribute effectively to a small team environment, leveraging results from staff outside of your own team
  • Deliver major projects, working in joint ventures and alliances
