Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Project Coordinator to join our team at Cavaghan & Gray, one of our manufacturing sites in Carlisle. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in managing multiple site projects, ensuring efficient production processes, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Manage ongoing site projects, including capital investment initiatives.
  2. Plan and organize governance processes for all site projects.
  3. Lead projects spanning infrastructure, machinery installations, and fabrication work.
  4. Coordinate and collaborate with third-party contractors to ensure project delivery.
  5. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers to achieve project goals.

Requirements

  1. Relevant project management qualifications, such as PRINCE2 or APM.
  2. Demonstrated experience in applying structured project management methodologies on large-scale projects.
  3. Strong organisational and planning skills to manage complex projects effectively.
  4. Ability to foster collaboration across different departments to achieve project goals.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Carlisle, Monday - Friday 8am - 4.30pm. You will work closely with our operations team to achieve project goals and contribute to the success of our business.
