UK Payroll Specialist Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled UK Payroll Specialist to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our payroll team, you will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes for approximately 5,000 employees across multiple legal entities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processes, including ad hoc payments, deductions, and employee transitions.
- Ensure accurate data flow and validation between systems like Workday, HRX, and SAP.
- Process statutory and holiday pay calculations, payroll benefits updates, and HMRC notifications.
- Liaise with internal teams and external partners, handling queries and providing expert support.
- Reconcile PAYE liabilities, process earnings arrestments, and manage 3rd party payments.
- Support audits and produce key payroll reports and statistics.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven UK payroll experience with a strong grasp of payroll legislation and compliance.
- Familiarity with systems such as Workday, SAP, and HRX.
- Detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who can build effective cross-functional relationships.
