We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Paediatric Care Coordination Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to children with complex health needs in their own homes across the Northwest region. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to work independently will be invaluable assets in this role.

About the Position
This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable children. As a Paediatric Care Coordination Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that meet individualised patient needs. Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate records of patient care, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements
* A valid NMC registration and pin number as a Registered Nurse
* Proven experience in paediatric nursing or complex care
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £30 per hour during the day and £35 per hour at night, reflecting your expertise and dedication to delivering high-quality patient care.
