\As a Paediatric Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care to children in their homes. This role involves clinical leadership and management, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, providing training, and coordinating care plans tailored to each child's needs.
\Key Responsibilities:\- Clinical Leadership and Management:
- Support and mentor the homecare team and manage the team supporting the patient.
- Develop, implement, and monitor care plans for paediatric patients.
- Ensure high standards of care are delivered, meeting clinical guidelines and best practices.
- Participate in performance reviews and oversee staff development.
- Registered Nurse (RN) qualification with a valid NMC registration.
- Specialist training in paediatric nursing (essential).
