We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Paediatric Nurse to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a market-established provider of complex care packages, we are committed to delivering exceptional support to children and their families in the community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design and deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring their physical and physiological requirements are met.
  • To effectively manage multidisciplinary teams through strong communication and collaboration, driving outstanding patient outcomes.
  • To provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' needs, delivering nursing interventions with precision and compassion.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with clients' families, fostering trust and confidence in our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and active NMC registration.
  • A supportive management style that brings out the best in others, promoting effective leadership and teamwork.
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilator management within the last 2 years.
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and written, to liaise effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
