Paediatric Care Manager

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to join our team as a Community Nursing Lead. This role will involve working with children and their families, providing face-to-face support and creating personalized care plans.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans specific to individual client needs
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams through effective communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including medicine management
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients' families
Requirements:
  • RSCN qualification with at least 6 months' experience in the UK and active NMC registration
  • Supportive management style with the ability to bring out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills for effective liaison with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Suitable for Band 5/Band 6 nurses with evidence of leadership and management experience
Benefits:
  • Up to £50,000 per annum DOE
  • Flexible working arrangement with 2 days working from home and 3 days in the community
  • Monday to Friday (9-5) hours
