As a Sister/Charge Nurse in our Acute Paediatric team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence within the department.
Key Responsibilities- Managing a small team of staff and identifying training and development needs through personal development reviews.
- Coordinating shifts and acting as the Nurse in Charge.
- To assess, plan, implement and evaluate individual programmes of nursing care.
- Maximizing opportunities for Health promotion.
- Coordinating nursing activity within the clinical setting.
A salary of £38,890 - £44,503 per annum is available for this challenging and rewarding role, which also offers opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
