About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Healthcare Practitioner to join our team at East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our acute paediatric team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children and young people in our acute wards.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have completed their ANP (child) training to Masters level and have previous experience of working in an Acute Paediatric area. You will work closely with the paediatric nursing teams to deliver excellent patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the paediatric nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and experiences.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Person Specification

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience in acute or critical care in child health at band 7 or above.
  • Experience of working in an ED department or paediatric assessment unit.
  • Evidence of ability to produce reports and formulate policies.
Salary and Benefits
