Inclusion Manager for Community Development

We are seeking an experienced Inclusion Manager for Community Development to join our team, responsible for leading the delivery of wellbeing services across County Durham.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing projects in line with organisational strategy, as well as experience of managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
Key Requirements:- Experience: Proven experience of developing and implementing projects in a community development context, including experience of managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills, with experience of leading teams and developing strategies to achieve organisational goals.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of engaging with diverse stakeholders and building relationships.
The estimated salary for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.
