Salary Range: £34,513 - £51,242 per annum

As an SEN Teacher at Smart Teachers, you will be responsible for delivering tailored educational programs to students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), severe learning disabilities, sensory impairments, and medical conditions.

About the Role:

This role requires strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to manage challenging behaviors and adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience working with students with complex communication needs
  • Knowledge of Makaton, PECS, and other communication systems
