An exciting opportunity has emerged for a dynamic professional to join Durham University as a leader in Widening Access and Participation, driving forward our commitment to creating an inclusive academic community.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to enhance access, success, and progression for underrepresented students, aligned with institutional goals and regulatory requirements.
- Manage a budget of £500,000 - £750,000 per annum to deliver widening access initiatives, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience in budget management and strategic planning.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £80,000 - £105,000 per annum, plus benefits including 30 days annual leave, generous pension scheme, and support for health and wellbeing.
