Inclusion Support Assistant - South East London

Role: Inclusion Support Assistant
Length: 1-year fixed-term contract
Location: South East London
Rate: £105 - £110 per day

Key Responsibilities:
As an Inclusion Support Assistant, provide dedicated one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs across Key Stages 3 to 5 in South East London.
Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs as an Inclusion Support Assistant.
Support classroom teachers in managing challenging behaviours, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment in North London.
Participate actively in training and professional development sessions, enhancing your skills as an Inclusion Support Assistant.
Contribute to the overall education and training program of the school, ensuring that each student's educational needs are met.Requirements:
Previous experience as an Inclusion Support Assistant in a similar role, ideally across Key Stages 3 to 5 in South East London.
A genuine interest in working with children with special educational needs in South East London.
Patience, empathy, and resilience, qualities valued in a North London educational setting.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, supporting the ethos of the school.
A commitment to ongoing education and training to improve your skills and effectiveness as an Inclusion Support Assistant.Benefits:
