Job Title: Learning Support and Education Assistant - Teaching Role

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support and Education Assistant to join our team in a Teaching Role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and supporting students in their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities

- Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional help

- Mentor and guide students in their academic and personal growth

- Collaborate with teachers to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

- Support students with special educational needs, including those with autism

Requirements:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of special education practices and principles
  • Ability to educate and inspire students of diverse backgrounds
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding towards students' needs
