Academic Support Professional

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Learning Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an Academic Support Professional, you will work with students who require additional support in primary schools across South East London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work one-to-one or in small groups with students to provide targeted support
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering lessons to ensure students with disabilities can access the curriculum
- Monitor student progress and provide pastoral care as needed
Requirements:
- 2:1 or higher from a reputable university
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or SEMH/SEND
- Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic team
Estimated Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience.
