Education and Pastoral Care Support Worker

We are seeking an Education and Pastoral Care Support Worker to join our team at a primary school in Woolwich, South East London. As a SEN Behaviour Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to deliver lessons that cater to the needs of students with learning difficulties.
The ideal candidate should have a strong educational background and experience working with students with SEN/SEMH/SEND. Key skills include being organised, reliable, and flexible with a willingness to go the extra mile.
Main Responsibilities:
* Providing individualised support to students with disabilities to access the curriculum
* Assisting teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to students' needs
* Monitoring students' progress and providing feedback to teachers and parents
* Offering pastoral care and emotional support to students as required
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide opportunities for professional development and a supportive team environment.
