About the Role

The Headteacher will provide visionary leadership, ensuring outstanding educational outcomes and well-being for up to 40 pupils with diverse needs. With a focus on inclusivity and support, the school offers an exceptional learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Achieve excellent academic outcomes tailored to individual pupils' needs and abilities.
  2. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive school community.
  3. Exceed regulatory standards set by DfE and Ofsted.
  4. Lead a highly motivated staff team committed to professional development.
  5. Manage commercial and strategic growth, ensuring full pupil occupancy and effective cost management.
  6. Develop and implement strategic plans for continuous school improvement.
Essential Requirements
  1. At least three years' experience as a senior leader in mainstream or SEN schools.
  2. Qualified Teacher Status (or equivalent).
  3. Comprehensive knowledge of school management, including regulatory compliance, pupil outcomes, staff development, and financial planning.
