About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee the delivery of the Wellbeing for Life Service, working closely with County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust (CDDFT) to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate new projects in line with the agency's Strategic Plan, focusing on health inequalities and community development.
  • Ensure compliance with PCP and commissioner requirements, promoting high-quality standards and efficiency in all aspects of delivery.
About You

We are looking for an exceptional leader who can drive strategic growth, develop multi-agency partnerships, and maintain risk tracking systems. Your ability to embed the Approach to Wellbeing into service design and planning will be crucial in this role.
