Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and develop a team of store employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and cash handling.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Monitor and report on store performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a retail management role.
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
