About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Account Manager to join our team at Revlon. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction in the Midlands Central region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Introduce and promote new products and services to customers, ensuring effective use and adoption.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sales efforts with business objectives and market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with market developments, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Complementary sales training desirable.
  • User computer skills and full driving license required.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude, open to feedback, and honest in all interactions.
