- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Introduce and promote new products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings and benefits.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
- Minimum Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree/High School Diploma or Higher Vocational Certificate.
- Complementary sales training desirable.
- 4-6 years in a sales position, preferably in a similar sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Full Driving License.
