Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Introduce and promote new products and services to customers, ensuring they are aware of the latest offerings and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the National Sales Manager and Marketing Manager, to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree or Associate Degree/High School Diploma or Higher Vocational Certificate.
  • Complementary sales training desirable.
  • 4-6 years in a sales position, preferably in a similar sector.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Full Driving License.
