Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and manage a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality resident care, adhering to best practices and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with the Clinical Lead and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the quality of life for residents, promoting their well-being and independence.
  • Maintain a strong focus on continuous improvement, striving to achieve outstanding levels of care and service excellence.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

We are seeking an individual who possesses:

  • A Registered Nurse qualification with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Proven experience in managing a nursing home environment.
  • A comprehensive understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • A passion for delivering person-centered care and promoting resident well-being.
