Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at the Celtic Manor Resort. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage services, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guarantee an exceptional dining experience for all guests
  • Train and guide the team to meet the highest standards of service and quality
  • Supervise the day-to-day operation of the food and beverage department
  • Communicate effectively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end hospitality environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
