Exact Search UK Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our UK Wholesale Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our clients' regional accounts within the UK, ensuring the brand is well represented through all channels and anticipated growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver a short- and long-term strategy for the Region, aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Plan and deliver impactful range presentations at seasonal road shows and sell-in appointments.
- Collaborate with the Customer Support Representative and Merchandising Team to complete seasonal forecasting and ensure budgets are achieved.
- Manage order book effectively, ensuring forward order targets are achieved and order conversion is managed efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel within accounts, conducting regular business reviews and acting as a conduit between key office staff and their opposite numbers.
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to manage marketing plans for each Key Account, ensuring maximum value from each investment and elevating the perception of the brand.
- Regularly feedback information on customers and competitors to inform Product Teams' range development decisions.
- Liaise with internal departments to effectively manage accounts and ensure excellent service levels to customers.
- Keep calendars up to date with customer appointments and complete necessary reports and admin tasks in a timely manner.
- Identify areas for development within the region, focusing on opportunities for growth with specific accounts or product categories with untapped potential.
- Total Turnover for the region.
- Profit for the region.
- Turnover at a Brand and sub-category level.
