Falcon Green Personnel is actively recruiting a site manager for their Richmond scheme. This is an opportunity to work for a growing contractor who builds a wide range of schemes. As a site manager, your duties will include closing out defects, managing the site, reporting into the contracts manager, and ensuring H&S and the programme is being followed. You will also be responsible for driving the project on to completion and using fieldview. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing contractor in the UK on a short term contract. The project is a 24 unit, housing scheme, and the contractor has brand new developments kicking off all over the north. As a strong communicator, you will build good team rapport and ensure the project is completed on time. If you get one well, there could potentially be more work for you. The contractor is looking for a site manager who can lead the team and ensure the project is completed to a high standard.
