Job Title: Payroll Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Expert to join our team at KP Snacks. As a Payroll Expert, you will be responsible for handling complex payroll challenges, driving insights and improvements, collaborating across teams, leading and innovating, and mentoring and supporting team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Complex Payroll Challenges: Tackle intricate scenarios involving bonuses, deductions, pensions, and statutory payments, ensuring compliance with UK payroll legislation.
  • Drive Insights and Improvements: Provide valuable, data-driven insights to senior management, and spearhead initiatives to streamline and enhance our payroll processes.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT to optimize our payroll systems and ensure seamless integration with other business systems.
  • Lead and Innovate: Participate in or lead payroll-related projects, including system upgrades and process reengineering, helping us stay ahead of the curve.
  • Mentor and Support: Share your expertise by training and developing team members, and act as the go-to person for resolving payroll queries and issues.
