Business Relationship Liaison

Job DescriptionFelicity J Lord is a leading business with a strong commitment to excellence. As a Business Relationship Liaison, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our existing introducer partnerships while proactively seeking new opportunities.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive support to our New Build Division by nurturing current and future introducer relationships.
- Conducting weekly courtesy and management calls with existing and prospective introducers.
- Preparing and delivering weekly reports for our introducers.
- Collaborating closely with the mortgage progression team.
- Managing daily inquiries from both internal and external introducers.
- Developing and coordinating a weekend support rota and planning targeted IFA events.
- Visiting new build site locations as needed.
- Assisting with JMNB marketing initiatives.
- Delivering training on the introducer portal and providing continuous support.
- Monitoring and reporting on introducer activity and lead generation efforts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to monitor, evaluate, and develop introducer relationships.
- Ability to effectively implement processes and make changes quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to function independently and jointly as a member of our team.
We are ideally looking for candidates with 2 years' experience working within the new build industry. Additionally, experience working within the shared ownership sector would be highly beneficial.
