I am currently working with Steadman Brown, a leading Salesforce consultancy for nonprofits, who work with organisations of all sizes and implement Salesforce solutions that align with their business goals. They are now looking to grow their team further and bring in a Senior Consultant who will be the primary point of contact for all needs, leading the Salesforce implementations and ongoing strategic guidance.

In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), helping clients unlock the full potential of Salesforce through customisation, automation, and best practices. You will also mentor junior consultants and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Owning and leading Salesforce Implementations, from the requirements gathering and solution design to configuration and go-live support for nonprofit clients using NPSP.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their organisational needs.
  • Design and implement custom solutions, including flows, custom objects, fields and page layouts
  • Mentor junior consultants, provide guidance, and share best practices for Salesforce implementation and nonprofit-focused solutions.
  • Assist clients with ongoing Salesforce enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance as part of post-implementation support.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant, with a strong focus on nonprofit organisations. Extensive experience implementing Salesforce NPSP.
  • Expertise in Salesforce Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) features and functionality, including fundraising, donor management etc
  • Proven ability to lead client-facing engagements, including managing client expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • A genuine interest in the nonprofit sector and a passion for helping organisations achieve their mission through technology.

The estimated salary for this position is between $100,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
