Composite Design Engineer

Williams, a renowned leader in Formula One racing, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Composite Design Engineer to contribute to our innovative team.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in developing high-performance designs for race cars, focusing on factors such as mass reduction, stiffness optimization, and manufacturability.
Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Designing and analyzing specific car components
- Contributing to cutting-edge research and development (R&D) projects
- Taking ownership of key aspects of vehicle design
To excel in this position, you should possess a strong foundation in engineering principles, a passion for innovation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Design Engineer within the automotive or aerospace industry
- Proficiency in CAD software, with NX experience being highly advantageous
