Job Description:

As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner in our Emergency Department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, coaching and mentoring senior nurses, and implementing service improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver advanced clinical care to patients in the Emergency Department
  • Coach and mentor senior nurses in AED
  • Develop and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
  • Maintain AED flow and optimize patient outcomes

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require a strong background in emergency medicine, AED experience, and a proven track record of service improvement. You must also have PIN registration and experience with 'see and treat' and triage models.

Salary:

The estimated salary for this role is £40.23-£45.89 per hour, dependent on location and experience.
